linkpool – Own productApp

A memory for your network: voice notes that sort themselves

Our own iPhone app for people with many contacts: after a conversation, speak for 30 seconds and linkpool creates the contact, topics, tasks and reminders. Later, the app answers questions such as “Who knows about succession planning?” with names and reasons. Currently in closed beta.

In the app

From conversation to memory. In 30 seconds.

Two excerpts show what the app does day to day: a voice note that sorts itself, and a question to your own network that is answered with names and reasons.

Example
  1. Speak instead of typing

After the meeting, one tap, then 30 seconds of speaking, just like a voice message: who can do what, who is looking for what, what was agreed. Tap stop and it’s saved.

  2. The app sorts it

In the background, the note is saved and analysed: the app recognises who it was about and creates topics, tasks and reminders. Nobody has to wait.

  3. One glance, done

The result shows what was understood. If it’s right, leave it; if something’s wrong, one tap fixes it. A year later, it is still clear what that contact has to offer.

Ask your network. In plain language.

Nobody needs to know where something is stored. You ask the question as you would ask a colleague; the answer names people and gives reasons, even if the topic only came up in passing in a note.

The challenge

Anyone who meets a lot of people loses the details: who can do what, who is looking for what, what was agreed? Business cards and CRM fields don’t capture this, and after the meeting there is no time to type. A year later, only the name is left.

What we built

linkpool turns 30 seconds of speaking into an organised memory: the app recognises who the conversation was about, creates topics, tasks, reminders and birthdays, and later answers questions in plain language, with names and reasons drawn from your own notes. The iPhone app is built in Swift and SwiftUI, with a NestJS backend running on PostgreSQL and Redis; the data is stored on servers in Germany. A weekly email summary and address book sync are included. The app is currently in closed beta via TestFlight; during the beta, linkpool is a product of ABE Webstudio.
