Office and delivery stations in one system
Assigning orders, tracking progress and recording proof of delivery: one shared application connects the work in the office with the responsible stations.
The challenge
The office and the delivery stations have to coordinate the same orders: responsibilities, delivery dates and records need to be kept in one place. The system also has to reflect who may work on an order and which confirmations are required to complete it.
What we built
Order entry is the single source of truth, and everything else follows from it: the delivery confirmation is generated automatically as a PDF and sent to the responsible station the day before delivery, logged and with no manual step. On top of that come roles and permissions for several stations, proof of delivery by signature or photo, and push notifications.
