## Starting point

Advice and repair appointments used to be arranged by phone. Every call tied up someone in the shop, and outside opening hours nobody was available.

## Approach

A new website with built-in appointment scheduling: advice and repairs can be booked separately, customers choose their request and time slot themselves, and the appointment goes straight into the calendar. Products and tariffs are explained up front, so fewer basic questions come up at the appointment.
