## Starting point

Anyone choosing a parking service before a trip wants to understand how vehicle handover, return and extra services work. The website connects this information with the route to booking.

## Approach

We built the multilingual website with a description of the process, service upgrades, customer reviews and frequently asked questions. The booking page embeds Parkstar; a linked customer login gives returning customers access to their account.

## What the solution enables

- **Booking built in** – The Parkstar booking interface is embedded directly on a dedicated page.
- **Information in four languages** – Visitors can choose between German, English, French and Dutch.
- **Understand the process in advance** – Outbound journey, vehicle handover and return are explained step by step.
