# Blumen Dornröschen: A custom back office for a flower shop

## Starting point

A flower business needs a strong online presence for its customers and clear processes behind the scenes. Orders, recurring flower deliveries and team organisation each place different demands on the software.

## Approach

We developed the public website and the custom back office. The website presents the business; the back office organises orders, delivery and collection times, customer data and flower subscriptions. Subscription orders that are due are created automatically. In the shop, staff work on a tablet, switch users with a PIN and record their hours, with a running balance of hours worked. BlütenPilot emerged from this system as a product of its own.

## What the solution enables

- **The shop’s own ordering rules** – Order cut-off times, delivery windows and budgets are built into the process.
