# BlütenPilot: White-label back office for florists

> What began as a project for Blumen Dornröschen has become a product: orders, subscriptions, customers, team and time tracking in one interface, as a separate instance for each business.

## Starting point

Florists organise their day between a paper diary, WhatsApp threads and Excel spreadsheets. Orders get lost, the figures don’t match the bank statement, and office work eats into the evening.

## Approach

A back office that fits the workroom: PIN login instead of passwords, a tablet interface that works with wet hands and in changing light, and a few taps instead of nested menus. Every business gets a completely separate installation: its own database, storage, domain and brand. Anyone who wants to see the software can start the demo with one click.
